12V Electric Fuel Pump for Carburetor with Adjustable Regulator

This EVIL ENERGY bundle combines a 12V external electric fuel pump for carburetor applications with a 5–12 PSI adjustable regulator and gauge, helping users create a more controlled fuel-delivery setup. It is suited to classic-car restorers, hot-rod builders, DIY mechanics and professional installers handling engine swaps, mechanical-pump conversions or custom carbureted fuel-system upgrades.

The pump has a published flow range of 320–370 LPH at specified operating pressures between 7 and 11 PSI. The included regulator allows the final fuel pressure to be adjusted within a 5–12 PSI range. Before ordering, confirm that this pressure range matches the requirements published by the carburetor manufacturer.

Fuel Pump Flow, Pressure and Electrical Requirements

Selecting an electric fuel pump for carb applications requires more than comparing the maximum LPH number. Fuel-pump output changes with operating pressure, voltage at the pump, current supply, fuel-line restriction and filter condition.

• Published flow is 320–345 LPH at 7–9 PSI with a stated current draw of 5.5–6.3A.
• Published flow is 345–370 LPH at 10–11 PSI with a stated current draw of 5.6–6.0A.
• The listed operating voltage is 12V–13.5V DC.
• The listed closed pressure is 14 PSI.
• Closed pressure is not the same as the correct operating pressure for a carburetor.

The exact test voltage used for each published flow point is not separately identified in the available specifications. Do not calculate or promise horsepower support from the nominal flow rating alone.

Fuel Pump and Regulator Connection Requirements

The pump and regulator are supplied in the same bundle, but their connection sizes are different. The pump is listed with 3/8-inch inlet and outlet connections, while the regulator uses AN6 ORB ports with AN6 fittings.

Installation Checklist
